I was helped quickly and professionally by the team working here. the store wasn't busy so they inspected my bike on the spot and made a few small fixes then and there.Really happy with the service and there is a very good display of quality Specialized bikes, wheels, accessories, the lot.

I was extremely disappointed.For the price you pay for a service, you'd think they'd provide the service you ask for, and contact you when they know the parts you ordered aren't going to arrive as promised.Big letdown

Been up and down to this shop like 3 times since covid lockdown release. Been working on a SWorks custom build which just completed today and came out very well. The guys were patient and worked with me, and are extremely diligent about the use of hand sanitizer:)

Outstanding service, unbeatable prices and very honest staff. You will not be sold something you don't need and they don't replace parts that are still working fine.This is definitely the best place to take your mountain bike or road bike for a service or bike tuning.Highly recommended!

I have taken my bike for a service a fair few times with this outfit and in general it has been good except for the de railor issue which they said was resolved but which was not....even after the second time...its still not fixed and now stuck in germany on the second day without a working bike.. I wouldn't take my bike back to this shop as I feel the workmanship isn't very good at all and even after spending a fortune they still dont fix the issue..

I have dealt with many suppliers but the service from Complete Cyclist is next level. Friendly and efficient. Ordered parts on the Friday afternoon and courier delivered on Saturday morning. You will definately see more orders from my side. Keep it up.

Great bike store, no doubt. Love how everything is set out and displayed. Would be great if staff made an effort to assist as I am looking for a bike, just will never be from this store. Disgusting customer service.

Great service from the workshop - full gx eagle upgrade on my camber. Bike went in wrecked after W2W and came back better than new.
