Had a great experience dealing with Pics Alive. Super happy with the stretched canvas print they did for me as well as their customer service

Walked in on Saturday morning on the 04 of August , and staff was not interested in me as a customer and did not acknowledge the fact that I was genuinely keen on their products. I had every intention of buying, but the lack of attention left me demotivated to buy and dissapointed as a potential customer .

I had 2 t-shirts printed at Pics Alive, Bedford Centre recently. When I collected them, I noticed immediately that both had been printed badly off centre, both the main motiff, as well as the lettering beneath. I pointed this out to staff and even asked for a ruler to show how poorly the job had been done.The store manager and staff member agreed and that was that. No offer to have the T-shirts redone or to reimburse me for the cost paid thus far. A very quiet manager and 2 blank faces.I revisited a few days later and expressed my discontent and asked that the store manager (not in) and owner give me a call, after being advised by the staff member on duty that manager and owner contact details could not be made available (hmmmmmm???). Neither has called a week later.Sloppy attitude, lack of accountability and disinterest in customer service or good workmanship.Shame. Will neither return nor recommend this store.
