Great idea. Great venue. Poor execution.They were poorly prepared even though we sent through the numbers of people for each activity. There was very little guidance as to how to use the bows and cross bows. There was no first aid kit. (Several people got hurt.) The staff is mostly uninterested (or untrained?). The paint ball guns didn't work.The food was very good.

Tried to book a session for rock climbing. When we arrived, there was no one to meet us apart from security guards that either were very ignorant or solely did not want to share information about Adrenalin X. After looking around the area we called the owner and got shouted at excessively by a seemingly very angry and impatient man solely for letting him know that his employees had not received us. Once they finally did, we had to witness this same man yell at his employees over the phone which was rather embarrassing for the both of us. Once the climbing finally began, the holds were loose, bolts were rusty and the ropes did not look very trustworthy. The lone staff member did not seem to know what he was doing, and we soonafter left after a very disappointing and uneventful climbing session.

It's a cool venue in general

The venue is extremely poorly managed. Our party arrived for Laser Tag and only started playing a full hour after our booked slot. We were told the venue always sets up at least half hour after booked time as guests were routinely late. There were no refreshments or water points and our group of 14 were ignored and follow up communication disregarded. In a post Covid World it must be nice to not care about clients and their experience.....

I booked a laser tag event for my son’s birthday this past weekend. The time slot was for 10:00 to 11:00 as confirmed via email. We also booked and paid for 14 players (7 boys and 7 dads).The players arrived before 10:00 but there wasn’t anyone there. I called Adriaan and was told the instructor was on his way and he gave me some nonsense about a 3 hour time slot and waiting for all the players. Not once in his emails had he mentioned this.He then proceeded to ignore further calls from me. When my mother called he answered almost straight away and was less than pleasant with her!The kids and dad’s waited an hour before the instructor arrived.Even though I had booked and paid for 14 players in a 1 hour time slot- the instructor only had equipment for 12 players!I have since requested a refund for 2 players but I am once again being ignored.

Celebrated a friend's birthday there and dang is there a lot to do! The instructor was really helpful and I would definitely recommend the place to any of my friends and be sure that they would be safe and cared for.

Had a lunch arranged as a team build thing there. Catered good was good. Venue is ok. Been there before of some climbing and adventure stuff.

never thought physical activities and fun would go together. spent my birthday here and wouldn't change it for any other. staff members are very friendly and helpful that they made difficult obstacles seem easy. great experience!

What a lovely experience! My son enjoyed his 8th birthday party so much. The instructors were so professional and worked very well with the kids. It was so easy to book and such an easy going atmosphere.
