The landlord Hlogi is very room and the house was damaged and he didn't even bother to fix it.

Quiet, taxis are a major problem. No dstv allowed on the complex. But cheap electricity and very secure.

Well the place lies low and receives less sunshine and some of the apartments are so cold than others. And to be used as student residences, parents will think twice to leave their kids there.....big windows would have done some tricks .....

Gaurds and Body Corperate very helpful and friendly although it was my 1st visit there.Had no problems after explaining my reasons for visit.
