Good day .. I purchased a 86”LG tv .. delivery was done by two Indian male names Deresh and Joel.. they were extremely pleasant and polite.. therefore I will give them a five star rating.. a wonderful service from them .. thank you

Did not repair the problem after paying R2 000. Took 3 months to do repair. No feedback to customer and I had to phone and send e-mails to get them to complete job. Now machine is worse than ever. LG must consider another service provider.

They are the official service provider. Not helpful in providing correct replacement product. I needed a replacement LG smart TV magic remote. I was able to get the correct remote from Hirch Springfield

I had a great experience with the staff at the repair shop. They were wonderful people who repaired my microwave on the same day and in under an hour. I would highly recommend them..

Quotation was received the same day the assessment was done. After which the repair barely took 3 days. Very accommodating and understanding folks here. Thanks again!!

Expectional service from Jace received today for a small part request that didn't seem worth the time, but he was efficient and polite and got me sorted in a flash. Reallyhappy about that experience.

I’m not one for posting reviews, however, since my personal experience was exceptional I feel a certain responsibility to share this with the general public. I’ve visited IRS Tronics in Westmead (Pinetown, Durban) twice now and my interaction with the staff has been extremely positive on both occasions. It is clear that they have a Customer first ethos as they attend to you on a personal level. This is also evident whilst listening to the way they chat to and take care of their customers telephone queries (I listened-in to a number of calls whilst waiting for my washing machine parts and on a different occasion, my Convection Oven). I have nothing but praise for this Company and am honored to be able to write a positive report and state that I did receive the much needed ‘customer satisfaction’ which is so lacking in the Service Industry today.Trevor, Durban

Excellent service. My LG washing machine is 9 years and 11 months and the motor packed up. IRS replaced the motor under warranty and I paid for labor. Thank you LG and IRS Tronics.

Still waiting for someone to contact me. IRS fixed my LG Velvet and not even 3 months later the battery is swollen and the phone can not be used. Really slack on the repair to begin with and now I wait again.
