They go all out to get the book you want, even if they do not have it in store. Very helpful and friendly

Disappointed, at my last visit the staff had no idea how to process my Discovery Miles voucher. Had to pay on my card for my book purchase. Come guys jack up your training

I ordered a book online from Exclusive Books as a present for someone in SA, I ordered the book from Australia. I wanted to support a local business and also believed it would get there quicker. 3 weeks later, 14 emails later, 3 international calls later, -R400 from my account later… I had ONE reply to all the above who said the shipment of stock hasn’t come and they don’t know when it’s coming, it’s not their problem and so I just have to wait, despite the book being past it’s delivery date. If it wasn’t in stock, why was I allowed to buy it online? The most useless “customer service” I’ve seen in any country or company. Not replying to emails or answering phones is already a poor effort as a business but taking someone’s money and not delivering a product - THATS ILLEGAL! Escalated this to head office and they weren’t any help either. Such a stressful and disappointing experience. Don’t buy from these clowns.
