A professional service centre that helps you according to your needs. The team assisted me with an annual service which was done in less than 4 hours and the total price was LESS than quoted which was awesome! They have a driver who will take you to the office and fetch you when your car is done free of charge. Definitely recommended !

I took my Chevy Spark in because it wouldn't start. After they diagnosed and fixed a hose plastic thingy, I collected my car. But the issue persists as now the car was difficult to start and jerking when driving. I took it back and they then located the real problem, some faulty wiring and thing responsible for idling. In the end I was very happy with how quickly they helped & sourced the seemingly hard-to-find part for me. Now my car is as good as new and I enjoy driving it again! Thank you guys for a job well done in the end!

Replacement of rear air suspension bellows:I had sourced the replacement parts from a dealership in Midrand at a very competitive price - so I booked my X5 in at Menlyn Motor Services (e-Car) to perform the task of checking the integrity of the air suspension as well as replace the old defective air bellows.Within 3,5 hours the work was done and they had arranged for the courtesy to collect me whilst the car was in the wash bay.Costing:I don't think it is the correct platform to provide the details BUT I must say that it cost me less than 10% of the manufacturers quote.Thank you MMS, will keep on visiting you as I have done for the past 8 years.

Unhappy with their quote given, didn't even do a proper investigation of what exactly was wrong. They just gave me an enormous quote. Went to another specialist, and they did a proper investigation and gave me a quote of a fifth of the price. Never go with the first quote you get.

Never again! Took my car in for a suspension repair. I pointed out, among other things, the worn top shock mount. However this part wasn't replaced. Also one would suspect that a professional company would pick this up as being worn. First invoice was around R4000.But OK, second chance.Top shock mounts are being replaced. I'm getting my car back after another R4000. The wheel alignment is hilarious, car is pulling totally to the left. Also after 15 min driving I'm getting an error in my dashboard. My scanner shows: Steering Angle Implausible.It is impossible to me that someone did a test drive after the wheel alignment.Third chance, return the car again.The wheel alignment gets corrected" error cleared. Must have occurred due to the turned steering while while the car has been driving straight.On my way to work I notice the car is still pulling to the left

This RMI approved shop has been my family's answer to all our repairs and service concerns. They rebuilt an entire bmw engine with minimal parts to their availability. They've been absolutely nothing but quick and responsive and not at the expense of quality work. All boxes ticked.Massive Thank you to Mr. Eugene and his team for going the extra mile with my car's brakes.

Service was friendly and efficient. I was however made to wait for payment to be made when I wanted to collect the car. It is a company vehicle and the company has to pay by EFT. I understand why you have this policy, but I have work to do and cannot wait around on a Friday afternoon. It is lucky my employer was available to do an immediate payment. We will have to return to our previous mechanic as we as employees can simply collect the vehicle after service and the payment is sorted out with my employer.

My car was not starting intermittently. i had a loose strip of body on the front bonnet and i needed a crack in my front window repaired. They found a loose wire on the battery and fixed it and re attached the loose strip of the front bonnet and fixed the crack. by mid morning they said i could collect the car. Only when i got back to work and had a look at the invoice did i see that they only charged me for the cracked window. This is not the first time they have helped me. that's why i always go back to E-Car. my daughter's company also have their cars serviced there. i recommended a work colleague to have the crack in her window fixed at E-car she was impressed at the service i received. The staff here are extremely professional, very willing to help and were willing to be patient while I drive up and down to get the right part for my gearbox. They are also very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend anyone to go to them for your car problems. They are highly recommended. Thank you so much for everything you did for me today.
