I got a bad customer service from one of the cashier which I don't want to name and shame him. After spending nearly an hour on the queue, this cashier came to the queue and requested customers with 3 or less items to follow him, upon doing so as I got close to paying for my stuff, he blew his top for no apparent reason to the amazement of the people who were on the queue pointing at me that he's not going to attend me as he did not ask me to follow him, I said in response that I fitted the criteria of his request but he was adamant that he was not going to attend to me instead he chose to attend to those who were behind me, I then requested to se the store manager about that cashier who didn't even have a name tag as a requirement in terms of company policy, the manager came and listened to me the guy was ultimately called and asked to apologise while being reprimanded for bad behaviour. Such bad customer service cannot be accepted because they create a bad image for the store. I therefore ask retooling of staff on continuous basis to understand the basic requirement especially dealing with people indiscriminately.

Worst experience I had. Went there twice regarding a query and the ladies at the tills didn't show a friendly face at all. I'm still awaiting on the response till today

I had the worst experience, their stuff made an error in terms of the Consumer Protection Act that I ended up asking for the manager by the name of Clara and instead of resolving th issue she told me to lay a complaint with the head office and that they will just tell her to call me and apologies. I called and laid a complaint and 2 weeks later no communication whatsoever.

it's a nice shop and also has quality clothes for kids

Worst customer service ever, always has the longest queues and the cashiers are just wondering about and not assist customers.

I went to the store at a time when it was quite, and a lady welcomed me with so much calmness, and enthusiasm. Wish I had been there for a more business to experience the extent of her service.I was directed to other shops within the brand and other third party outlets to enquire about the Flash products I needed. I could suppress the frustration right there with a service like that. Keep Up!!

Always there to payment for my account

Good afternoon to you and all your staff. I don't know who to blame but basically l keep getting messages that l owe you on my phone and am not a Lady am a man, l keep ignoring these messages but now am beginning to understand what happened, the confusion came about when l came to your store to open an Account together with some Lady by the name of Daphney, her Account was approved while mine was not, but somehow our information got mixed up and l was immediately told that it would be sorted but 5months down the line am still getting these messages. Please sort it out because it's causing havoc in my household.Thank you
