Lawn for Africa

I ordered Kikuyu and got blocks of LM mixed in. The patches are very obvious and it looks bad. I took photos and sent it to them, they promised to send somebody to come and fix it. Two weeks later, and I am still waiting.

Good service but did not always call back

Was not satisfied with rolling and fertilizing. Lady called me back, and started shouting at me, when I didn't agree.. I told her that I will hang up, and never make use of them again, and did so.

Most pathetic service ever. They fail to deliver on time and when enquired about it the woman who works there phoned and went ballistic on the phone and started screaming and shouting. Minus 5 stars for you and your non-existent customer service.

The service and quality of work was excellent. Thanks so much for delivering beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend the team. We done.

Wrong address on Google maps

Do not know could not find it gps location incorrect takes you to a house address

I would give them a zero if only it was possible.Everything about Lawn for Africa is wrong.They delivered DEAD grass and told me that it was because it had not rained so far this year. They guaranteed me that the grass will revive should we water the grass at least twice a day for two weeks.Today dates more than a month later with more than half of the lawn still being dead.I contacted Lawn for Africa to enquire to why the grass has not revived and to request either new grass or a refund. Magdagleen made a commitment to send someone out to come and do an inspection which to date have not happened.She then shifted the blame to me saying that the soil must have been in a undesirable condition.- Unprofessional- Low Quality Products and Services
