Very neat, friendly staff and different types of machines. On each machine there's an instruction for use. There are also gymnastics classes every day along with karate classes with experienced instructors

This place allows you to enjoy your workout without the fuss of having to wait to use equipment, all equipment is new and maintained , this is a new establishment who has taken into consideration their hours which makes it convenient for those who want to train weekends also, not forgetting the sauna and clean bathroom , very highly recommended

Neat and spacious gym with ample training equipment. Safe upstairs parking for access to the gym. Rates are excellent. Covid protocols adhered to with sanitising stations in the gym as well.

Amazing gym. Has all the equipment you need. They have shade parking so I know my car is safe while I train. Friendly staff and amazing views throughout the gym. Definitely recommended.
