Im sorry im not one to complain. We have ordered allot from Bentos willowbridge. The food is great but we have recieved the wrong order the last three times having ordered chicken and recieving beef all three times. And we have good reasons ordering chicken. Just dissapointed.

Great food ,the most amazing chicken burger ever…. Unfortunately though I ordered a bacon and cheese burger and added a patty which i did not receive and was unable to contact you guys due to a lack of a cell phone number

Ordered two burgers..one chilli and one plain cheese. 2nd time i have a burger delivered, no tomato or garnish. Patti so soft it crumbles like mince. Poor quality. Nowhere to contact them directly. Poor show. Wont be ordering from them again.

Our order took more than an hour to be prepared. I ordered a bacon and cheese chicken burger and a chilli cheese chicken burger with extra bacon. No bacon or chilli on the burger. Not only did my order take more than double the time it should have, but it could not even be executed correctly in the time it took. Very disappointed and aggravated that there is no means of contact for you to be held accountable for poor service delivery. Make yourself reachable by customers, not only the middle man. Own up to mistakes and disgruntled customers and dont make your lack of efficiency the problem of a third party service provider.

Great job Bento I love a good burger . I have tried your chicken and Beef options , both great burgers . Keep up the great work next time around I'm going to try out your chilli burgers .
