Very poor customer service. You have to send numerous emails before they simply reply: I have logged a query at the municipality. Reply from the owner after informing him about poor service and account not being cleared at municipality since September 2021: I don't work with day to day enquiries. Since Angie is on maternity leave, I have received terrible service with nothing being resolved and arrears being added to my account. Rather use MAD.

People were very friendly to helpful the beginning and after payment was made we received no communication. We have been emailing with no response and phoning and lucky if someone answers.I sincerely hope that our problem will be resolved.

I Would not recommend Munsolve Rustenuburg to anyone!!!Struggling from October 2021 to get my municipality account - my name is incorrect on the account.The most frustrating fact about Munsolve is that they do not communicate or answer their emails.If you call them - they say they will call back but don't do so.I went to see a manager 2 weeks ago - still no responds received on my account.Please use another company!

Still waiting results hope they can sort this problem I have with municipality, it's now being 1 year still no results still paying ridiculous amount on my account
