They are in the process of changing the outlay of this store and it has already made a big difference in the general feeling of the shop, more open,accessible and inviting. Well done to them and their helpful staff .

Such a lovely gentleman served me at the till and the supervisor was very friendly too. Great store

Cramped untidy displays & choices are much of a muchness with limited choice for colours. Did not have what I went there for. Stock should be in by end of week

You get kids clothes, school uniform, ladies and men's clothing...from head to toe. If you know Mr Price you know: come on in- howick represents.

Unhelpful,rude staff. Stood in the Queue for the longest time-while the cashiers stood around and had personal conversations instead of helping customers. Very disappointed in the POOR customer service that i recieved.

Well having gone to MR P from back in the late 90's to today ...some shops have popped up and brilliantly run stores. But somehow this store does not do the brand well in way..ok maybe location. Firstly the entrance Covid-19 bottle was empty and the clothes were way over stocked as you had to put 4-5 jackets on the floor just to get enough room to move to locate the size u needed. I say floor because there was no space to put or hang it else where. The dressing rooms where a mess.. doors did not lock, hangers broken and fixed with packing tape. Eish MR Price please come down the road and go see your store....

No to help me. And the cashier was not helpful. I paid for my things and when giving me change I didn't know that she put coins on top of the receipt then the coin fell. Yah she gave me that look as if she saying go to hell. I even apologised for the fell of the coin

Small store. Very cluttered and untidy.

Pathetic service, help people who they choose to help. Have one till open with 6 staff behind the counter. So disappointing for such a lovely town to have such a bad serviced company.
