Great products but feedback service not that great ! I found communication very short and not sweat and the person did not go the extra mile as one should ....On two occasions i have emailed the company(once via the web contact form and once directly) - 1st time no reply and second time a very short communication as if i was hindering the business or process and how as Joe public can i ask for anything...Come on Management go the extra mile and smile !Offer alternatives for Joe public to purchase items or via designated suppliers....do you want your products sold, consumed by Joe and word of mouth spread by Mary ?
