I have been ignored on whatsapp, email and by thir control room. I reported my faulty alarm which keeps me awake by tripping all night and it's now weeks, I'm not sure if they just don't care about my safety or they don't care about their clients. Ive sent too many complaints but till now no one is attending them

All staff members are either ignorant or just fail to be professional. I have a reported my alarm faulty and now its a few days later no help. They have 1 technician who has zero sense of agency instead he asks the same question 4 times while pretending to be helping.
