Trying to get a written quote for more than a weekBeen trying to get hold of a dealer principle or a manager with no luck. The receptionist does not even bother to get my contact details for a manager to call me back. Bad service

A beautiful place perfectcly located. Staff is very friendly and you'll definitely get assistance. I was fortunate enough to see the new Mach 1 Mustang in the dealership, it was just unfortunate I didn't get to hear it start up as they say they can only do it if you are buying.Overall good experience and service at the store, I would definitely recommend you to make your next purchase at the store

Had such a terrible experience with this dealer.I was in the market for a brand new Ranger. Got a few quotes from various dealers. Ford Germiston came back with the best deal. Mariaan was very helpful and I test drove a vehicle.Finance submitted and approved and the day before I was going to collect the vehicle, i get a call from Quentin Du Toit making false allegations that i am a dealer and they are not allowed to sell to traders / dealers. I was absolutely shocked as the vehicle was being purchased on my name, finance was done on my name etc.They turned this exciting new purchase into a terrible experience.He basically googled by cell number and 2 vehicles came up. 1 vehicle that i sold in 2017 (Personal car) and another which i sold privately (T Cross) as the dealer was not giving me a good price on a trade in. Funny thing is that the first link takes you to a WEBUYCARS advert. How on earth can they assume this is my advert?Well, you have lost a customer and a sale and i will not recommend this dealer at all.

Great service and they sell excellent cars. Exceptional after sales service from all the staff. They walk you through he entire car purchase process and keep you informed of all things along the way.

Very good car service. Just don't forget to stamp the car maintenance tracker book. Vehicle report card summary should also be emailed to customers for their record. Would easily have been a 5.
