The staff are Very friendly, extremely helpful and the doctors are caring and make you feel comfortable. My two dogs love going to see Dr Strauss, gives the best advise and we always feel 100% assured that our dogs are in good hands. Thank you and appreciate the excellent service. Vitalvet - Animal Medical Centre
I was looking for a vet shop that was open after just finishing off work. They were the only ones open, golden star for you!! Very friendly staff, we were greeted at the door and immediately proceeded to help us with our cat food and all types we could choose from. I would definitely recommend Vital Vet to anyone else that has a furry friend that needs medical or dietary needs.

Extremely professional yet still friendly vets as well as staff. I can leave all 4 of my four legged children with them for any procedure with peace of mind. They are really and truly caring towards all fur babies. The only Vet in George for me!!

This is the best Vet in George! I am so glad we found vital vet medical centre!! Our pups are happy every time , and Dr Conrad is for sure very very good for our baby Lilo. She will not be with another vet.Thank you for always being friendly and welcoming.

I cannot recommend Vital vet enough. My little pup was just 7 weeks when he got really sick that we didn't know if he would make it. The staff opened earlier for us and assisted us within minutes- the ladies at front desk are so compassionate and friendly and the vets are all so amazing!! They keep you updated and they treat the animals like their own babies.. our little one made a full recovery and is doing great but, its only thanks to this amazing centre and it's awesome staff.. Huge well done guys!! Service is absolutely beyond 5 star worthy.. brilliant !!!

Had a great experience with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, took my cat there for shots and for sterilization. Storm didn't even looked stressed afterwards and the healing looks good. Well done Vitalvet.

On the 8th of April 2023 I purchased Caninsulin for our Schnauzer dog named Bella. (INV43641).This product is needed on an ongoing basis and it sometimes happens that it is ordered when we are on the verge of running out.It was the case again this past weekend and being Easter weekend I was stressed that there would not be stock on hand.As always they came through and I was able to collect the needed Caninsulin.Not only are the staff efficient, but also always friendly and very caring.
