They fixed my laptop...and they did an excellent job. I've been dealing with them for many years, and I have found them to be dependable, honest in all their dealings, and their prizes are competitive, normally lower than at other places. I would recommend them 100%

Customer service could use work .Do not use whatsapp to contact them . They only check it once or twice day (I suggest going to the store if you are in a rush)Update : It's been a month and afew days and I still haven't heard back about my warranty. I had a power supply that blew , they had to send it away to find out if it was covered by warranty or not .(48 DAYS LATER) I haven't heard a word from them .(P.S If you didn't know , their warranties are null and void if the component was damage by Loading shedding power surges)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I already knew what I wanted and called to check they had stock before driving there. As a result I was inside the shop for less than five minutes. Collected product, paid, and on my way home to race towards the deadline.
