These people are idiots and still charge you a handling fee" with VAT after they bring back your (still) broken goods. Very bad experience. After we discussed a fee they still went on and over charge me claiming it is for VAT... You guys probably do not even feel bad ripping people of. I took the laptop to simeone else and the problem wasnt even what Land shark IT claimed it to be. Everytime you ask questions the answer you get is "let me ask my manager and get back to you"... WTH man."
