PK auto services surprised me with their level of quality and transparency, I got stranded starting my car early morning and upon one phone call they just confirmed my address and came to do the work without delays, their pricing is fair and easy to understand. they even went as far as giving me advice on how to make sure my car runs smoothly and to avoid getting stranded on the freeway.

I took my trailer to Marco but the address he gave me was not the one indicated on Google Maps. He wanted to charge a fee of R100 to come to my premises to do the repair. He advised he doesn't charge an hourly rate but I didn't get a rate that would apply. He repaired my indicator light on the trailer relatively quickly whilst I waited at the address he gave me. The repair was done on the street and not in a secure property. After arguing for some time about the charge I advised him that other auto electricians charge R150 per hour and as he spent less than half an hour to do the repair I was only prepared to pay him a maximum of R200 which was eventually accepted and I departed. I certainly won't be caught out like this again.
