I am a relatively new client to hair.com Jo-aan is probably the best hairdresser I have ever been to. Not only is she highly skilled in cut and colour but efficient, friendly and very punctual. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser.

Disgusting service....very rude...we are not impressed...I showed you proof on my phone that I did not receive any phone calls, to be met by your hostile rude attitude. I understand that you tried to call but I did not receive any calls, not on my phone or my husbands phone.You did offer to drive to our home, that's your job, the service you offer, I did not ignore your calls, I did NOT receive any calls as proof on my phone was shown.Quite frankly, you could have been more polite and patient, as our son had been waiting in the road from just after 3 PM, as not to miss you or in case you got lost.I am so happy that you did not come to our home or cut our hair, because I do not support rude, unprofessional people, and if this is the way your conduct your business, I will never use your services or recommend you to anyone.There are better people out there who deserve a chance and who offer better service and who are more polite.You are not doing us a favor, you said when I called that you did home visits, so please remember how to be polite and how to treat others, if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, and expect your business to grow in this town.

Janeke is a great hairdresser. I discovered her as my wedding hairdresser and now we have moved to Hermanus she is my permanent hairdresser.Lovely clean salon, there is always parking outside and you can nip into the Italian deli for a coffee if you need it.

I am very proud to say that Jean is a very good hairdresser. She goes out of her way to provide her customers with the best service because she absolutely loves her job. People in this town knows about her excellent service for over twenty years and that's why she is still standing today. Keep up the excellent work Jean because the people of Hermanus loves you!!!!
