Don't use this company!!! When you're online to book a pick up, it DOES NOT give you an amount to pay and when they collected the item I was also not given am amount to pay but I was told to wait until the office send me a bill. I send a top (+-200g) from C.T. to Centurion and I was asked R285.66 after phoning for 2 days to get an amount!!!! Other courier companies charged me +-R100. To top it all the manager phoned me back and was so unprofessional that I decided to cut the call short!!! The manager rather asked me why I send the parcel without knowing the price. Wasn't the price supposed to be available on line? Also the pick up guys should be able to give me a price and that wasn't the case. I decided to pay the full price but this will definitely be the last time I ever use this company

Excellent service and always reliable. They picked up my order in citrusdal and brought back to the depot same day. I placed the order this morning at 12 and phone me now at 15 30 my parcel has arrived. Always have friendly staff and make a plan to help where they can. Definitively the best courier company in cape town!

Wow! What lightning fast service we received from this courier! I asked them mid morning to pick up in Cape Town on a Friday and they dropped it off in an outlying area the next morning. Other couriers typically take 3-5 days and some 10 to get to us. Thanks for excellent service!

Just encountered a truck from this company on the road, extremely bad driving, speeding and almost collided into me,then speeding off again in front of other vehicles!Worst driving i have seen!!

I cannot recommend this courier enough. I used them to pick up and deliver documents. The service was incredibly efficient and each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely make use of their services again.

I have been using them for sometime. I had a client previously mention that they delivered with an unroadworthy vehicle but inignored this. This morning i have reported a damaged parcle and spoke to a lady named Juliette who cant take pressure and jist hung uo on my face and told me that its my responsibility and they dont cover aby damages . Though the parcle was clearly marked fragile.I wont recommend this company.

Don’t ever use this company to transport your goods. They have no regard for customer packages and blatantly tamper with and/or damage customer packages whilst in their “care”. Their lack of care when being entrusted to provide a service for which they’re paid is shocking! WARNING! Stay away from using this company, use a reputable transport company.

Impossible to track their own shipments using a waybill number. It’s like dealing with a company that still thinks fax machines are cutting edge. What a joke
