Eveleigh Estate.
This development has undergone major changes in the last year. Previously the exterior walls were in a very bad state of disrepair, due to damp and peeling paint. Security was overwhelmed by illegal tenants, with questionable leases. This year has seen ongoing renovations to the exterior, repainting and bio-metric scanning of all residents, to improve the general security and control of access to the premises. See our photo of the exterior taken today 3 August 2016. Work is still in progress, but the signs are positive.

Excellent Facilities and friendly environment but must finish the renovation program and sort out the outside land in front of the Estate and the roads. That land is so disgusting, so harzadeous and might become a very dangerous area to pass on for many people.

Avoid it if you can...especially the footpath behind it. Many loiterers around...but near east rand malls and K90. If you would like to buy Please make sure you do it through attorneys.

Came here to view a vacant apartment. What a nightmare! The yard is filthy, no washing lines, outsiders come to fetch water in the yard, the was violence among Nigerians the day I got there, caretaker did not know much about the place, ceilings are leaking, finishing not up to par, too populated, too loud, security is as good as absent. I would not rent here.

Standard dwelling place with a public pool inside. It is very closer to the gym ,East Rand mall and some grocery stores like Checkers and Woolworth. There is no biometric system at the entrance. Security and drug issues are of big concern at this complex#flats#property#eveleigh#eastrand#townhouse

Dis is a very bad place to stay. We have so much power problems. You sit for 2 days with out power. Everything starts to defrost and you have to throw meat away. Don't even consider living here iets bad.
