They have everything I need every time, and if they don't, they order. For 20 years they have been my go to for everything I need, stationary, art, school, reading, office. They are great

I needed a Ink cartridge for my copier and only had the copier info and not the number for the cartridge. Within seconds my problem was sorted and I walked out with a smile on my face and the correct ink cartridge in my hand. That is what I call friendly and professional service.

I can honestly say I had the worst customer experience I have had. for a long time with the Write shoppe today. I spend may thousands of rands with the company each month and visit at least weekly and am well known to the staff, and when I found myself with an emergency today, where my daughter had to have a canvas for her matric. project and I was not able to make to the shop before closing time and asked them to drop a canvas at the coffee shop next door for me to pick up after closing time and come and pay tomorrow they refused. The owner even came on the line and said she was not prepared to as this was not. company policy" this was a 150 rand decision which has now cost around 3000 rand per month. It was a real eye opener and the best example I have seen in a long time of how not to treat longstanding loyal customers."

Been a loyal customer for 2 years. But will never go back. Some staff members have no professionalism and don't know how to speak to customers. ( Shante is the worst).
