Shocking after sales service. Max didn't fix my fridge properly and then doesn't answer messages or calls. I paid Max R5000 and i still don't have a working fridge. I thought i would help a small business but learnt my lesson the hard way with Max. Very unfortunate.

They advertise a professional service and imply that their work is guaranteed. However, the work was not done and they do not return to honour the implied guarantee. Rather go with a professional company.

Maxwell is not trustworthy. Botched the fridge repair work and ducked and dived when he was supposed to repair it. Excuses ranged from him being sick to his car being broken. He doesn't pick up calls nor return messages
