Absolutely pathetic service! Sarah Sold us a tank which was out of stock! We had to keep calling them with no satisfaction but more lies from them. Then the parts were out of stock. Bought a new pump 2weeks and still waiting for delivery! We have been charged for calling our plumber out.if possible i would give them 0 rating! Do not use this company!!

reasonable pricing plus they have layby and free delivery. i received my delivery and poorworkmanship there was a missing screw would expect to recieve it in perfect condition cause i payed the full price

Enjoyed the excellent customer service from RotoTank, with Sales Consultant Sarah who was with me all the way in procuring my 2 tanks. Upon delivery one thing I noticed is the good and strong quality unlike ones I have seen whilst 'shopping around'. I can recommend this product. Thanks
