Best physio ever, as a dance teacher Johan has helped me out many times when my muscles started spazzing out into painful spasms . He has really been a lifesaver not only treating the problem but also giving me easy to do exercises so that the problem can be prevented in future.

Johan Uys is friendly and professional and truly makes you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment.Effort is made to pinpoint your specific issue so each patient is treated uniquely and accurately.He also practically shows you how to prevent further injury.Any question is answered and happily explained, making you part of the process.I would highly recommend him for any injury, discomfort or pain you may have.I felt miserable about my injury before seeing him and now, after a few sessions, feel more confident than ever!
