I had a very BAD service with Zamokuhle Funerals, They left the family at the grave site stranded without transport to go home - and they did not even have a decency to come apologize or just to call us and apologize.....Zamokuhle Funerals is not treating people with respect and dignity. A guy by the name of Mathadeka was supposed to come to see us but he never came, even their stuff were very RUDE, claiming we wasting their time on the day of my Father's funeral. I will never advice my friends and family or anyone to join them.

I received the best customer service ever, I took my mother's body from doves funerals, because i was treated badly. I went to zamokuhle funerals offices at katlehong on the 21/12/2021 to request that my mother's body be moved to their morgue, I was given a number to call for the body removal arrangement, I called the guy at around 16hoo,and my mother's body was collected at 16h30 from doves funerals morgue boksburg to zamokuhle funerals morgue katlehong. On the 22nd of December 2021 ,I went to zamokuhle funerals to request them to bury my mother on the 23/12/2021. I am extremely grateful for their service, they planned my mother's funeral in one day. My mother was buried with dignity and respect on the 23/12/2021 because of zamokuhle funerals. Special thanks to selinah and the reception lady at nkaki thokoza branch. Also special thanks to the family car driver, he made sure that we were comfortable, and spoke to us with so much respect. I felt soo comforted, they know how to treat a grieving person, I never felt alone.
