Very disappointing and arrogant approach to business.After looking at various companies I really thought they are he real deal" and made inquiries for 2 new installations (2 properties). For such a substantial investment I requested on site assessments. I was given 2 possible days and I cleared my diary for both only to be informed late on the second day that they won't be able to do so.One of the reasons given for not showing and I quote: "The reason we don't just drive out to clients is that we need some sort of guarantee that you will use us so we send out a proposal first

We received excellent service from Enie South Africa with installations of our solar system. Without the arrangement we would not have been able to afford solar systems. Our electricity costs have also been reduced by 90% since installation
