No assistance & terrible service! Full package going to waste as Im switching hosts. I will rather cut a years's losses once but maintain my service with my customers.

Very educated scammers...they are Kenyans...No support,they ignore W/A texts and emails

With Truehost Africa you don't need to worry about attack to your website. They have Hotlink protection that prevents other websites from directly linking to files.This protects your website from sites that steal bandwidth.On top of that their CPanel is enriched with immunify 360 that actively scans your website against malware.I highly recommend them if security is a priority for you.

Their service is good, i hate their payment system. You have manually pay every months. They don't have automated payment system unless you choose to use PayPal when you need FNB account which cost more than your budget. You can't open an account just for one service.

The support system honestly is the best. Im usually a difficult client but i enjoy talking to these guys

Be careful of this company and not all these reviews are legit. They are NOT based in SA, this is false advertising. They take your money and do not reply to emails. They barely reply on chat and you will sit for hours waiting. Very unprofessional if in fact this company even exists.

One of the best and most affordable

These Guys are scanners, I have ticke open for last one and half months, they did not give me the server nor have they refunded the amount of ZAR 1200. When I went to the office location given on google, they do not have the office and the contact numebr seen on google is not a South African number. An old lady at that given locaiton in Johannesburg help me connect with one of her earlier tenants who said they do website development. They confirmed on the call that they are from Truehost, but when I spoke about refund they said the line is not clear and they are indivudil people who develop websites. My ticket on refund is open and not even read. I stronlgy recomend everone to stay away from them, they are white scammers.

The worst ever. Can't get the basic technicalities right. Not going to waste m time and go in to details. I am just glad I didn't move over all my main work.
