Fantastic service received from Julie. We were kept updated as soon as we made the purchase from the different colors available to us, about our delivery and also information about our warranty and how to register for it. The service we received ever before we purchased the items was great, the team is very well educated on the different products and their safety ratings and compatibility.Precious Cargo also runs a Facebook page where parents can enquire about car seats. This is extremely helpful and informative and again shows their impeccable knowledge on car seats.Overall, absolutely fantastic cannot fault a single thing!

After doing extensive research on car seats and safety in South Africa, I realised our safety standards aren't that stringent and struggled to choose a car seat for my little one that I was certain would protect her in the event of an accident. I was desperately looking for a company that would assist me in finding an appropriate car seat - overseas this is standard. Precious Cargo was recommended to me, and we met with Julie for a car seat assessment. What a great experience - she presented the positives and drawbacks of various seats, without pushing a sale. Her knowledge is extensive, so we felt extremely confident in the choice we made. More importantly, we know that our precious little darling is safe and protected!
