I was on hold for 25 minutes , the lady picked up and then cut my call, Bonitas why are you doing this to us, pharmacy direct is useless. this is the 5th time my chronic medication is late. If i get sick i will sue pharmacy direct, let us use clicks for our medication

Most useless pharmacy ever, as good as non- existent! It’s always a battle to get medication on time. The staff don’t attend to queries as promised. I am sitting here with no medication as usual, since I askes to urgent dispatching last week Thursday, today it’s Monday your lines are down.

Absolutely ridiculously useless. Ordered my medicine, it should have been delivered on Friday. We were closed when the courier finally showed up. Phoned THIS MORNING. Was told, yes, it's getting delivered TODAY. 16:30, phone again to find out where my meds are. No answer. Phone my medical aid - they put me through to you, no answer. Phone medical aid again, they put me through again, someone finally answers. He gives me the tracking number (the same one as the sms you sent me), and say I must phone DSV, he does not know. I phone DSV, after confirming and re confirming the tracking number, number doesn't exist on their system. Where on earth is my medicine??? I was suppose to get last week already, but had to phone you to actually acknowledge my script. I now had to go to another pharmacy, and pay CASH for something the medical aid already paid for with you. I phoned this morning and the exact words were the system is offline". Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe it.Oh and the plot continues. I phoned this morning

Good day. We were in desperate need of a specific medication, Eliquis.Although it is a chronic medication medical aid does not pay and my savings was exhausted. Somehow we managed and I requested for it to stop.However I was supposed to renew earlier but forgot.Contacted Pharmacy Direct hoping for help. Was pleasantly surprised when medication arrived within 2 days.Fantastic service , Keep it up

It has now become the habit for late delivery, medication is depleted, new month not delivered yet, cannot claim from another pharmacy as Pharmacy direct already claimed. Whatzapp coms not helping since 8am today time now 12h47pm, still no responce. Even on facebook.

I dealt with Riette who has been absolutely wonderful.She followed up on my emails , seeing everything was correctly dispatchedand always updating me and giving me constant feedback. She saw to it thateverything was done efficiently and promptly and her attitude was so good,nothing was ever too much for her.She is an asset to the company and once dealing with Riette it made such a difference , it made ourexperience with Pharmacy direct very positive .I highly commend Riette and think she will go very far in the company.

Worst service received from Pharmscy Direct. Send emails and not responded to timeously. My wife has to wait for her chronic medications. You need to realize these are medications which are life saving yet there are delays. SORT YOUR SERVICE OUT AND IMPROVE DELIVERY TIMES PLS. STAFF MUST BE TRAINED ON HOW TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE DECENTLY.

This is the worst service i have received in my lifeI have phoned them Monday to make sure my prescription will be delivered on time where i was promised it will happen on Wednesday ,Thursday i phoned my medical aid to find an alternative source where i was promised again that it will happen Friday, no surprise that they told me they will send it out today maybe expect it on Monday the fact that you do not have medicine does not bother them my next step will be the medical board as with this attitude you sold not be in this industry, even the manager does not talk to you what do they manage.There must be negative stars for them they are not worth the star they got.

It was my first time using Pharmacy Direct. I sent through my script on Friday, 31 March. When I followed up on Tuesday, 04 April the script had not been received. I spoke with Precious Captain and she requested that I re-send the script to her. She then expedited my order and I received my medication on Wednesday morning (05 April).Thank you for the wonderful and efficient service Precious.
