I took my husband and family for his birthday dinner (4 June 2022), the restaurant has the most beautiful vibe. However, the level of service we experienced was horrifying from the Restaurant Manager. We had complained about the Butter Prawn and Chicken curry, as this meal was ordered by 3 of us (sitting at the same table). When we compared the meal, i was given 2 super small prawn, while my mum has four and my dad has none. We called the manager, and he hastily got 2 additional waiters to removed all plates (while we was still eating), this left us stunned. After, 5 minutes he returned with an explanation from the chef, stating that the curry was cooked in a big pot and we should not expect everyone having the same meal. I was stunned, as this restaurant had brilliant reviews, yet they confirmed that there was indeed no consistency preparing meals. However, he did give us the option to change our orders, which 2 of us did. My mum, wanted the same meal, so this manager went to the kitchen and brought her, the exact same plate, with food half eaten. This was beyond disgusting. Unfortunately, I will never come back to this restaurant, as the experience received by the Manager, was beyond pathetic. Being part of such a large corporate hotel company, please look at employing people that are more aligned to Southern Sun groups values. as this manager did not have any customer service skills.

We had an overnight layover. As a result we enjoyed multiple meals. Excellent for any restaurant. Unexpected for a hotel restaurant. Delicious food. Fast friendly service.

Nice restaurant located within the intercontinental hotel that caters to Travellers and visitors alike. Had lunch and dinner and the food was pretty good. Restaurant has a lot of bubbly and helpful staff who catered to our every needs even providing out of menu food just to satisfy us.

Went there for breakfast. Buffet is pretty minimal for what you usually get at IC hotels. Service is friendly but very slow. Long wait for hot food. Ordered Salmon/Egg Benedict. It came after almost 30 minutes. Looked like kept hot for a long time. Souce was dried out, salmon completely cooked and dry, egg yoke completely hard and muffin chewy.Some cheap ham and 3 cheeses. Bread tasted old.

It was ok. Very good service but the green pepper sauce for my steak was more like a gravy. Not a green peppercorn in site. Pointing this out resulted in nothing better - just a top up of the same gravy type sauce.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Not only the friendliest & most accommodating staff but Also a delicious menu with tons of visually & tastefully put together plates. Great wine selection & if you are a game meat lover this may be your spot. The vegetarian dishes were delightful!

It was a lovely place to wait for a flight. The portions of food were very tiny and not worth the high price. Prices geared towards international guests.

Very beautiful, world class restaurant. Priced for tourists, not the locals. Fantastic 24 hour restaurant for guests and bar. Great service and local cuisine

Delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff are super friendly and helpful.For dinner there is a separate children’s menu with options beyond the standard fish fingers and chips. My daughter had the risotto. It was delicious and a good portion for a child.There are conveniently located bathrooms including a disabled bathroom with baby changing.
