We have been buying for years our family from them.Recently returned to them as our supplier for household cleaning products however I am saddened to complain about their Dishwashing detergent. It is rather weak versus competing companies we would buy from.Please improve the quality of the cleaning power of the dishwashing detergent.Thank you.Recommended mostly.

I have used their oven cleaner and toilet freshener as well as odorex spray in the past. All three excellent products. This time I added the double ply toilet paper and new liquid laundry detergent. Neither of which I recommend. The laundry detergent is thin and you need to use double the amount of other brands to attempt to clean the load. Likewise I also found the double ply toilet paper not suitable at all. Is not durable, too thin and sheds easily.

Going there for the first time. There was no stock of the items I wanted. There was nobody to assist me. I had to search around the store for a staff member. And when placing orders, you wait up to 5 days for a response even. Just was not a great experience.

Shopped here for the first time yesterday. So far loving the freshner spray and freshner crystal powder for carpets. Our house smells lovely. Products are reasonably priced and affordable.

Had a fairly good experience shopping there. The only draw back is that there isn't someone to help customers to locate products or give advice. It's strictly self service and for a new customer it can be disorienting and off-putting.Employing one person to assist customers in that regard would be a good start and it will increase sales.The guy at the till was friendly and the security guard very helpful, so I'd say the customer service is in the right direction.The products especially Odorex is the best of its kind on the market.

Great product only need it to be in PE as well. It will cost us cheaper if they can have a branch in PE.
