Bought spares from them.. damper .. I had my tech to installed it.. few days.later the damper was pushing ink true my head.. I when back and told them.. no problem they replaced it.. and if I could give them 10 stars it give.. the services are excellent.. and the staff are so friendly...I'd recommend them to any one in need of repair sales or service to digital printers.. well done STP engineering
