Good Day ADT sales and Salesman service really sucks in Kimberley, you have to beg them to come back to you. They are very expensive with there equipment they install. There Technicians on the other hand service is alright, but they have to lend simple stuff like bolts and washes and a drilling machine to do the installation, but then want to ask you double for like the equipment they install, like a sensor or door switch, 10 times the price you can buy yourself, same make everything. Still to see how there response is

It is very difficult to get to speak to someone and to get help. It takes forever for someone to answer the call and 99% of the time one has to call back several times to get to speak to someone.Service is very poor.

The level of incompetence shown by ADT Kimberley is criminal.I asked their technician to come and have a look at what was wrong with my alarm. After their assessment, they assured me it was working correctly.The house has subsequently been broken into without the alarm triggering. The ADT security response person then confirms that the alarm was not working correctly.The technician who charged me an arm and a leg the callout. Could not pick up that the alarm was faulty.I have never experienced such incompetence ever!!!
