Any one who reads this should think twice before they leave their car for service at VW GATEWAY for serviceI left my vehicle to get a clutch replaced and guess what when i check my tracker, not only was my vehicles clutch being replaced but on top of that my vehicle was used to do shopping and not only that, my vehicle was driven in the access speed of between 127 and 162 km/h in a residential area,, given a full tank and received my vehicle back with a 3/4 tank in only what they claim they have driven only 41 km

In all honesty, this is the absolute worst VW dealership in South Africa, especially when dealing with the service department and the staff''s utter incompetence when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. On two occasions the workshop managers blatantly fabricated false faults with my vehicle repairs and tried to overcharge for repairs that were not necessary AT ALL.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY SAD TO KNOW THAT AN ESTABLISHED NAND WELL RECOGNISED BUSINESS CAN JUST DISREGARD A PAYING CLIENT THAT WAS TOLD OVER 2 DAYS TO BRING IN OUR VEHICLE AND THAT WE WILL BE ASSISTED ONLY TO GET THERE THE BRANCH IS OFFLINEWE WENT BACK TO THEM THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE FULLY BOOKEDWHEN CALLS WERE MADE TO THE BRANCH THEY TRANSFER YOU FROM DEPT TO DEPT ONLY TO GET DISCONNECTEDVERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE
