Came in this morning looking for n bike had one in mind a GS 1200 adv that they have walk around for n few minuts after not being greeted or approached so I lef don't want to support this kind of businesses

Got a quote last week thursday for 2x new tires went and paid (in full, require 50% dep). Told i can bring the bike yesterday (wednesday), only to let me know @ 16h47(they close @17h00) that the courier only deliverd the front tire , tires are out of stock and have a 2week waiting period. Offerd to install cheaper option (michilins) but that will only be delivered on friday morning, which is also the start of the e.t rally +- 150km away, was expecting better customer service for a place with their reputation.Truely dissapointed.

AfternoonBike city is a good store to work with my worry is just the one month warranty i received from them when i bought my bike cash i mean alot of mechanical faults get picked up after the scheduled time. If there is anything that would make me think twice returning for the second bike its the warranty duration. But hey thumbs up guys for keeping us happy.
