What an absolute nightmare. They did not have what I needed, they made an effort to order it, would have called me back the next day never called. Had to go back not even knowing if the items arrived. Absolute no client service. Got there the next day and they ordered the wrong items. I showed them what I need but still ordered the wrong goods. Weretold they will get back to me on monday never called had to called them Tuesday 2 times before they called me back only one person knows what is going on and she is not there. Have to wait another day. The items is rather urgent beacuse my husband lost his fingers and need the bands to prevent infection. I am unable to get the items from the hospital due to the insureance. On saterday they called a hospital that stock this. They gave me the money and I had to go get it myself. The items cost R2600. The least they could have done is deliver them. I am very frustrated and disappointed in this service.

Worst service ever slow and cant help any one when load sheding!! Mabe tel the customer before they stan in an wue for 2 hours that you cant asist prescription medication ehile load sheding .. what a joke usless

We received very poor service from them. My mother received chronic medicines from them which is covered by her Medical aid. I request them a few times to send the invoices to the Medical aid but they just ignored my requests.

No response from an urgent email that was sent 8:30 in the morning. My mother was in desperate need of medicine and I could not fetch it. I phoned 2 hours later. Reception took a message because the pharmacy staff are to busy to speak to me, and said they will phone me back. You can not rely on them. The previous time they only delivered half of the items, I only found out a day later that my mother did not have all her medication. Very irresponsible and no care.

Friendly staff. Don't always have enough medication in stock, but they do make an effort to deliver it to your home. The security gaurd kept on checking what my kids were doing as if they will destroy the pharmacy so that made us feel a bit unwelcome. And we had to wait 20min before we were helped.

Myself and my wife were tested Covid positive. During our quarantine period, we wanted some medicines which we requested over the phone from the pharmacy. I am very impressed with the service rendered to us during this period by the Pharmacy. They are really professional. I personally feel this is my Pharmacy. I strongly recommend anyone.

Elsie and her team offer friendly, professional and informed service to the community. Their handling of elderly customers deserves extra mention. We have been supporting them for almost two decades and will continue to do so.
