Excellent service inside and outside and a car wash and arms for convenience. I fill up here often and grab some odds and ends from the convenience shop when the grocery stores are closed and its late at night.

Shell service in general has always been an issue - staff seem bitter and irritable.This garage is no different..advertised price for an item = 19.90 and they swipe my card for 21.00.upon querying it i am treated as though i am the problem in this scenario.and then a R1 is thrown onto counter and am told its fine she (the cashier) will cover it from her pocket.this is not customer service. its not about the value - its simple business standards - everyone makes mistakes BUT its the way it is handled that's important.

Wow not what I was expecting but I almost ran out of petrol, and had to turn in to shell to get some fuel, it was as if I was a mystery shopper, I was so mesmerized by the guys outside that I even went to spend money in the shop that I didn't have as well as tip the attendant who did everything, put air in my tyres, check my oil, wash my windows etc. The best and friendliest service I ever recieved from any Gas station in the Cape Town area, I will definitely drive up all my fuel just to have that experience again. I would like to be part of the experience, may I have the chance to drop my resume and be interviewed please. Go Well.

Simply put,THE BEST SHELL PETROL STATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.I have not received anywhere near as great service at any other shell petrol station or competition petrol stations.The staff are friendly and are willing to assist with any questions or issues that I may have, the pies are the best I’ve had and I have been a loyal customer since 2005. That team definitely deserves a promotion!From buying the Ferrari collectible cars, as a child, to filling up my first car, and to the development of the petrol station and remodel over the years has been an absolute joy.I hope this petrol station stays around for many more years.

It's ok. I would give them a 3/10 as on 2 occasions the petrol attendant put in more petrol than what I asked for, although I paid the extra costs I was embarrassed that the manager and petrol attendant just laughed while speaking in their native tongue.

Wow! The best car wash. These ladies and gents are cleaning machines. For R140 you get a wash, vacuum and all the inside spotless! Takes a little while but well worth the wait.

A part diesel being erroneously advertised... The price for diesel advertised is not for Std vehicles but for trucks, you will pay a lot more for 50ppm!!The Shell Shop sells items at around 50% more than any shop around. Cheaper to buy from Woolworths...

Lady who helped me put air in my tyres was nice.Unfortunately the shop doesn’t sell woman’s menstrual items, the only petrol station I’ve been to that doesn’t have, not cool
