The staff is always friendly and willing to assist with all our 2 wheel related problems. Vince deserves a special mention as he is one of the most polite and helpful salespeople that I have had the privilege to deal with in any environment.The shop always has enough stock in order for customers to exercise a choice and not be forced to just take something for the lack of choice. To be able to have a choice in equipment is a luxury, especially when you are a woman.Well done to all the staff of GRM.

I have been doing business with Paul and Vince since their days at Honda Bloemfontein. I have bought and sold several bikes through them over the years. I bought a bike from them in 2020 at GRM in George and sold it again through them in 2022. Their service has always been super. From servicing my bikes, buying and fitting aftermarket accessories, to buying and selling my bikes through them, I can only say good things about them. Pieter at the service dept. is only a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend them for all your biking needs, five star service.

While doing an adventure trip on my 1200GS, I broke a part of my rear suspension. I was able to source a replacement part but needed assistance with fitting the part. Vincent and Pieter assisted me at short notice resulting in me only losing one day on my planned trip. I can definitely recommend GRM and would like to thank them for their exceptional service.

I just had my bike serviced here. (2008 Yamaha FZ1) Best service I have ever received from any motorcycle shop in SA. I was kept in the loop while the bike was being serviced. Friendly and helpful staff, Quick and perfect service. Bike went in for Valve clearance check and service. Brake pads, chain and sprockets replaced. The bike was ready the next day. The shop is also well stocked and has everything you could ever need, from riding gear to tyres. I highly recommend Garden Route Motorcycles!
