Very beautiful variety of home products. High quality and very beautiful home products and equipment that will not disappoint. Situated in an upmarket mall near most of the business places. The environment is very civilised and there is also security in the complex.

Pathetic service. Took 20 minutes for payment and gift wrapping. It is as if they are on strike. Seriously poor service.

What are my favourite stores in the mall the staff are always friendly they are always helpful they never hesitate to give you proper advice on the products and the products are very high quality. You can also get anything there from coffee machines to coffee pods to coffee cups to Egyptian cotton. It truly is a one-of-a-kind store with incredible quality and the style is always in fashion I really recommend it to anyone.

I'm reading the reviews and I'm wondering if I want to the wrong store. I enquired about a parcel from Donna being sent here, and from the moment I walked in I noticed the unfriendlyness and the hostile attitudes. When I asked the one lady what her name was, she hesitantly gave it to me (Pinky) and I wondered why she and her colleaguewere so unfriendly. Made me feel as if they were doing me a favour. In the current economic climate retail stores should focus on good service and if staff is not up to dealing with clients, they should look for something else.

The store manager was unable to locate a parcel out for delivery. Pinky's was also not very helpful or friendly. Online orders at @Home does not offer delivery at home as an option which would have avoided the wait and expense of store collection.
