Debonairs Pizza
Called at 17:00 to place an order for delivery. Told it would be ready at 17:30. Followed up again at 18:00 and was told they would notify the manager of the delay in my order. I am typing this at 19:20 with no food and a great anger at the incompetence and lack of service.How do you even... nevermind. No more debonairs from sky city for me. 1 star is not even deserving.

Clearly I'm the problem because I keep ordering with Debonairs Sky City and this is the second time they are not delivering.I ordered at 17:30. It's 19:45 now and calls are not being answered after I called twice and they promised to call me back.They have the worst service ever.

I’m not sure if this is coincidence or what. 3 days ago it was Myandu mall now its Sky City mall Debonairs. These ladies are mocking and making fun of me. I’m asking for Vegi Spinach they saying you will never get it at this time. I switched to Olives then she says the spinach is available. Making fun of me in front of other customers. Thats why its difficult to buy anything locally. These township franchises should just shutdown because its very unprofessional service

It takes 3 hours to receive a pizza delivery from debonairs sky city always the worst service if i had not paid for it this time,i would definitely return it cuz I'm no longer hungry!

I waited for more than 2 hours to receive my order, what kind of customer service is this?the worse part is that is not the first time i experience this, it shows that they don't care to improve their customer service,HOW I WISH THAT THEY MUST CHANGE THE WHOLE TEAM THAT IS WORKING AT SKY CITY BRANCH AND BRING US TEAM THE THEY ARE DEDICATED TO WORKWe are treated like we are not paying

K@k service + they are robbing us on their Triple Deckers the toppings on the middle layer they put 1/4 toppings, on the last layer they put none whatsoever toppings!I was there at 16:50 today my order number was 116 and waited for more than 30 minutes, and I would have been still there at 17:47 as they don't call out numbers. They only priorities deliveries (as they charge R 15 for a free delivery that is within 5km)!3 MONTHS LATER...Date: 27/08/2021... Order no: 284... Time: 17:23...There is still no change at this Debonairs, they do not put toppings on the last layer of the large meat Triple Decker!

I am utterly disappointed. No customer has to wait three hours for fast food. Debonairs really does not live up to their standards. I've been phoning several times to check up on my order and still no response. The customer service is truly bad and this has been an issue for quite some. I urge the authorities to look into this matter as soon as possible and possibly hire new personnel.

Ordered via an app at 18:14 hoping my kids would have eaten before their 20:00 bedtime, guess what after 2 hours of waiting and making unanswered calls I get a call from the delivery guy asking if he should deliver and if I can give him my address which is on my app account..how does this work? This people will make you feel like you are not paying my pizza only came 20 min after that..I'm done with skycity debonairs
