Terrible accessories for critters, inappropriate bedding and wheels and no knowedge about proper care for critters at all. management and staff are unwilling to listen to advice or constructive criticism, they even block people on their facebook site who ask nicely for a change, and are willing to offer advice! I do not support this pet shop, or any other branch!! Have heard from multiple people that they have unknowingly gotten pregnant hamsters from them! this is unacceptable!!!

I phoned their number from the website with an enquiry. When we got there, they didn't have what we were looking for and the women there told my husband that nobody had phoned there. I checked my phone log and checked the website and the numbers match. Way to try and make your potential customer look stupid

The gentleman who washed our foster doggie (Hope) was so gentle and intuitive of the new doggy's nature and needs. Hope had severe ear infection with a lot of pain but the gentleman handled Hope with care and kindness. He did a great jobWell done, will definitely go back!
