Thank you so much for a lovely venue. Loved that you only host one party at a time. Private and safe for the kids. Also that we could bring our own eats. Young and old enjoyed the day. Celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday party at Ambience kids party venue. What an amazing setup, kids had a blast with just good 'old fashioned play' run wild, play and slide to your hearts content. More importantly, the ground staff were so friendly and helpful and always available. Such a safe space, well done!! We'll be back...

We were fortunate enough to use the kids party section. We made a very late booking but we were still accommodated very politely. We were even given extra time to set up for our party.The venue was perfect. Enough tables and chairs to go around. Green green grass. And more than enough space for all the kids to enjoy themselves. We had kids from age 2 to 10 years and they all had a blast with all the activities on the grounds (water slides, jumping castles, balance beams, climbing activities, tree house slide, trampoline and the doll house). My daughter was extremely sad to leave. Would definitely recommend it to anyone having a little birthday party.

Based on reviews and pics this venue creates an impressive outlook. However the service is quiet disappointing. There's no proper parking facilities. Steps at the wedding venue. No rail or ramp to assist people with disabilities or elderly. Not accessible at all. Even to go onto stage. I waited for the bridal couple to come down to greet etc.. I couldn't even take pics on stage as I found it difficult without some sort of support!There is only a ramp going to the toilet. The bathroom has a light. But the toilet cubicle is completely dark when the door is closed. Very small. Not suitable for ♿ people.Food was lovely..beverages were warm. Requested ice. The waiters are not friendly. Instead of asking if you done eating your plate is picked up just because it looks like you done" I was still eating. It was an awkward moment and everyone around the table witnessed it. The table was not being properly catered for..Disappointing and awkward experience."

We were definitely extremely disappointed when going to view this venue for our son's 1st birthday party. The viewing never even lasted 10 minutes due to the actually venue not looking anywhere close to the pictures on this site. Either the pictures need to change on the site due to it being very misleading or the kiddies section need a SERIOUS UPGRADE.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party that was held at Ambiance and it was super fun. The swings and slides really had her overwhelmed. But she adored the little play house... in all it was a good day.

The concept of this venue is great but the execution was very poor. You pay R3000 + R800 deposit but after the party I happen to come across venues at lower prices but more practical.The venue itself was very sandy, the area where the tent was set up was dirty so 10 min before the party we asked for brooms and swept.The area outside the indoor section was filled with sand so as people came in they brought sand into the indoor space.Theres 2 waterslides but one ladder which gives you access to one slide and nothing for the other.The jumping castle materials are so worn out and thin that when you step on it you can actually feel the ground so many kids injured themselves when jumping on the castle.My personal experience with the manager or owner was that very little interests was given to the party section and when I asked for generators due to load shedding I had to wait 2 days before the party as she was not willing to commit to generators however a wedding at the same time had 2 generators so I had to move my party to end at 7pm which not ideal for Kiddies party.The doll house is very bland with limited items for the kids to play with and quite dirty.With a venue that charges R3000, provided every weekend is booked, they can spend more money in offering a more quality venue to clients and a more safe venue for the children. One of the workers put the jumping castles off 15 minutes before my time was up and while the kids were still on which is a safety hazard!Either way, my overall experience is I feel the money I paid was a rip off to what I got and to see such beautiful venues now less than half the price is quite a sour taste but my first party I have learned alot and hope I can shed some light to other parents preparing for their first party.Do lots of research before settling with this venue. And advice to the venue to update their pictures online as these pictures are not a reflection of the actual venue.The kids had fun which is important! But we definitely could have done better with our venue choice.

With a last minute cancellation of my another venue for my daughter's wedding .Ambiance Management offered me their venue in a heart beat.Every step towards the wedding day they offered me their assistance and guidance to have a wonderful day for my daughter wish to have a Garden Wedding ..
