I had the most wonderful journey to independent incubation with Jennie Lee. From the first day I started talking to her she gave me all her attention. I'm sorry if that compromised other customers attention. With my experience I feel like buying yet another incubator just to relive the professionalism that Jennie showed and still continues to show in after sales service. I definitely am recommending Surehatch to all upcoming farmers.

Very disappointed in the non existing after sale services of Surehatch machines. The customer is definitely not the No. 1 priority. We bought a SH16000 Hatchery setup which included a delivery, with no forklift or automatic lift at the back of the track and all the machines had to be lifted manually of the truck (the machines weigh between 198kg and 245kg). It is impossible to calibrate the humidity readings on 4 of the 6 setters and 1 week later still no answer on our costly problem. After our first complaint on the 4th of July 2022 the consultant send us the Cobb Hatchery Manual. Being in the poultry industry for 26 years makes it impossible for me to recommend Surehatch, up until today the 12th of July 2022 no feedback on our issues, and the cycle is going and we are going to loose more eggs and money.

I have genuinely found my experience in purchasing Phillip's Infrared globes from Surehatch to be far superior than that of Leroy and Merlin. Do Not Go To Leroy and Merlin at all they an absolute scam and ripoff. I only support Surehatch excellent service and genuine people.

It has been a fantastic experience since starting to see Surehatch incubater. The follow up and assistance from Lee was amazing and comforting. The management and communication until the incubator is delivered was so spot on. The manual for the usage of the incubator is so clear, simple and straight forwards. The customer care was perfect.
