went to order, nobody told us we had to use the machine we thought we had to wait for the till lady to be available, they kept quiet till we ordered, another thing that is unpleasant about the place is that the machine is not tap with phone friendly

When enquiring about the different pizzas cashier was not happy to assist. Finally ordered a pizza for takeaway and got home to this. Sprinkles of cheese here and there. Super disappointed in the chilli as well, false advertising!

I ordered via Uber eats when i arrived at the store my order was not done it was done the minute i arrived the reason i got was someone didn't collect his/her order of which i dont know why would i suffer for other peoples orders that were not collected

Terrible experience. Ordered online for delivery and after 1.5 hours of no pizza, and phoning the call centre 5 times I had to drive to the store to demand a refund. The call centre said they didnt have a direct line to the store so couldnt find out where the pizza was. When I eventually got hold of the store,they kept saying they were trying to get hold of the driver but this could not have been true. When I got to the store for my refund no one seemed to care that I had been waiting for ONE AND A HALF HOURS for my pizza. Useless place.

Music so loud that even waiting outside, we couldn't hear on a phone call. Staff so rude, they served us without speaking. Would not recommend

Door was closed at 19:15 even though they are supposed to close at 20:00.Managed to order food, pizza was undercooked and awful! Don’t bother ordering from this Debonairs.

We waited and 1hour and half for our food the driver who delivered the food made us run up and down im the complex beacuse he did not check his phone.. Unexpected
