Alison Breen Psychologist

I’ve been with Alison for 10 years and she was great. She helped me cope with my anxiety moving from one province to Cape Town while I knew no one with kids.I recently went back and have found her to be very short at times and instead of helping me with my current situation which I’m being emotionally, verbally and financially abused. She abruptly cut my emotional thoughts right off before any further explanation. I mentioned that I have been educating myself on how to deal with a narcissistic partner and rather referred me to another therapist.Needless to say as I arrived, I rang the door bell and she pretty much read me the right act.Rather disappointing.

I loved Alison’s energy, personality and the resources that she provided me with when I was going through a tough time. I would highly recommend working with her.

Alison has helped empower me to live each day in a more present, calm manner and to shift perspective on some of my challenges. She holds the space so beautifully and I so value the time spent with her.
