This Pharmacy is like a retail store. Have almost everything. Their prices is also to be commended. They do accounts for emergencies and also deliver to your home, if too sick to go out. In some cases they are cheaper than the large retailers. Beautiful shop, very attractive, not really good on the pocket as one spend more than anticipated. They are also open till late. Definitely a community beacon and pillar.

Visited the dispensery, had awesome service and the staff even helped me administrator the medication. The area isn't very safe where it is but the staff and pharmacy is amazing, I wish there were more around Gauteng.

First time visiting here today as all other pharmacies were closed. Staff were enthusiastic and quick to assist. It was much bigger and busier than expected but still a great place to get your meds from. Staff did their jobs with a smile and made our experience worthwhile. They’re also one of the only places to offer covid tests these days.

The pharmacy is great . The prices are good. The oxygen depth and staff intgerity of that department needs a serious review. Just not on point. Sad to say... otherwise a brilliant source.

I have been ordering my medication online for as long as I can remember and it's very convenient for me as I have no transport. But it seems like the ladies handling the whatsapp lines are not to well with the system. I ordered just after 6 this morning and when I checked at abt 9 30 my message was not even read. When I told the lady on the whatsapp that I ordered earlier she asked from which number. There are most of the times lately that the orders are wrong aswell.

I order from here either every 2nd week, sometimes weekly. I ALWAYS have problems with my orders where I receive the incorrect item. Once or twice yes I totally understand. But this is ridiculous. Please make sure that orders are CORRECT before sending them out! Tired of always returning or just settling for the wrong item because I feel like my money is being WASTED!

Bad service ever the was there with my son to see the pediatrician and told not available we waited for the available gp for 4 hours from 3 to 5 mind you it was not full I kept wondering what can the doctors be doing the only thing that works perfectly is the baby clinic

Bad customer experience. I've ordered a Fisher & Paykel Simplus Full Face Mask Silicone Replacement Small on 7 April 2023 for same day delivery. The online site indicated that the item was in stock so order and payment accepted. Today, 15 April, more than 1 week later, I have not yet received the item. They now apparently have to source the item from their supplier. If you don't have the item in stock, do not accept online orders and payments. Simple as that.
