McDonald's Paledi Mall
Received bad service from the cashier.My order was messed up.Took more than an hour to get .I requested a refund back .The Manager took more than 20 minutes to attend my query.Staff are not friendly and they treat customers like they are doing them a favor.I think this is the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had and I definitely won't go there again nor will I recommend any of my family or colleagues to buy there. Unless the management changes and the staff changes .

Their food is alright. Hasn't given me diarrhoea unlike the McDonald's near Savannah Mall with repeated attacks of diarrhoea after eating their food. Staff are friendly and do their jobs with love unlike the McDonald's on corner Market and Grobler streets.

They are good, just that the people at drive thru don't do justice sometimes, you buy breakfast on your way to work and only on collection they tell you that it's not ready, why can't they tell you before you pay? Their orders especially from my side I always get mixed things.

Sometimes, after buying breakfast, u will experience a shortage of sugar or given a different flavor than u requested, Or drinking straws. Making drive through there is a stress this days because after placing an order and accepted, your money you will be frustrated at the collection bay told to go and wait few minutes at the parking bay started to be confused it that was a drive through in shop purchase. Lastly upon receiving that very order, u will be given an attitude by the same person by telling u to buy elsewhere when complaining to be late because of their bad service. So Paledi Macdonald sucks......

I expect to order my good and go, but instead I'm also a part of a photo shoot. In short, the shop is surrounded by freelance photographers, the food is dry they don't put enough sauce in the burgers.
